SUNSETS – Earth Day

22/04/2018 @ 18:00 - 23:00

Streaking across the lip of the horizon are the last embers of a setting sun. Its magnanimous rays bend a shard of light across the heavens down to our little ball of earth, illuminating the majesty of our planet one last time until our next rotation. Waves of light dance between blades of grass, over rocks and oceans and finally between bodies and music at dusk. Cocktail glasses refract and distill the decaying glimmers of the sun as nocturnal urges stake their claim and the music of Gundelach, Troels Hastrup and many more fill the night sky.

Get lost in the mesmerising falsetto indie pop of Norwegian artist Gundelach and become one with the music of nature with an ambient set from Copenhagen’s Troels Hastrup. Drotz Costa and Tod Louie will end the show with a bit more up tempo dj-set with house and electronic music. Join us as we toast mother Gaia on earth day and celebrate her magnificence with music and drinks. Let us take this moment to reflect on plastic in our oceans, the effects of global warming and the carbon footprint we leave in our wake. Let us use this happy moment as that stepping stone to a greener planet and a healthy environment. Step outside into the privileged fresh air with us as we celebrate earth day at sunset with drinks and music.
