Flowing into Fall – A Yoga Practice for all

As the season changes from summer to autumn, join Angie (The Wee Yogini) for a 90 minute flowing asana practice to embrace the new season with warmth and vigour.
We will work with our breath and our bodies to create a warmth and fluidity in our muscles and minds – we focus on movement with purpose and awareness.
The practice will include Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), standing and balancing poses to ground us during this time of transition as well as seated postures and closing with a long, relaxing savasana.
We will practice in the beautiful Dome of Visions, a space created around idea of manifesting strength, stability, balance and celebration of being alive – this theme resonates deep into our practice.
The class is free of charge and open to anyone interested in exploring themselves through a physical yoga practice. The class will be physically challenging but rewarding.
(please note: it may not be suitable for pregnant women or those looking for a more stillness-based practice)
