You have received this link from the curatorial assistant. We kindly ask you to fill in the curatorial information about your event to enable us to complete your booking and publish your event. Your reply is returned to the curatorial assistant who will then create your event in the web calendar of the Dome of Visions and on Facebook, if desired.

During the booking, references are made to the following documents: Letter for cultural organisers. Culture manifest. Therefore please read these in advance.

NB: Dome of Visions is a public room and consequently we do not support admission fees. If there is a special reason for charging admission fee, this must be approved by the curator of the Dome and the curatorial assistant, before the booking link is filled in.

NB: We create a Facebook event via the profile of the Dome within six days, if desired. At the same time we make you and other participants, if any, organisers together with the Dome of Visions. Therefore it is important that you do not create an event yourself, but wait in dialogue with us. Please note that we do not promote the event as such, but it will appear from our on-line calendar and from printed calendars hanging in the Dome. We share your event on our Facebook page either a few days before or on the day of the event as part of the daily communication. Therefore it is important that you invite people yourself to your event and remember to share the event in your network. If you are active on other social media or use relevant hashtags, please attach these to enable us to use them.
